His contemporary cooking style combines the very best fresh ingredients and uncomplicated preparation, which is visual and delicious. These balanced menu suggestions are only intended to give you ideas. They can be altered or combined so that we can come up with alternatives based on your own preferences.
The attached catering packages are fully inclusive of the following: -
- Venue hire and facilities charge from 6.30 pm until 11.30 pm

Catering Package A – Cocktail Reception

CANAPE MENU 1
This menu presents an interesting selection of some of our most popular hot and cold canapé dishes, including
a balance of vegetable, fish and meat based items. The food will be presented on a variety of unusual platters and baskets,
offered to the guests by our waitresses. We would allow 14 items per person to cover a food service of 2 – 3 hours.

Catering Package B – Barbecue Cocktail Party
Minimum 80 Guests
This special canapé menu is designed to be cooked on charcoal or gas fired barbecues
in the midst of the guests. A variety of bite sized meat, fish and vegetarian dishes will be
prepared by the chefs and then passed around by our waiting staff. We allow 14 items per person
(including doubles of some of the favourites) for a food service of approximately 2 hours.

Catering Package C – Canapés and Bowl Food
Minimum 80 Guests
This menu begins with a selection of cold canapés and then presents a variety of 2/3 bite
finger and bowl food dishes cooked on the barbecue in front of the guests. There is a balance of meat, fish and
vegetarian based dishes all of which would be passed around to the guests by our waiting staff.
The food is intended to last 2-3 hours and will be a substantial supper for all guests.

Skinners Hall is a wonderfully versatile ‘Country House’ in the middle of the City and
summer parties can be held in a mixture of the rooms, courtyards and on the roof terrace.
This menu is designed for larger numbers using a variety of different food stalls from
around the world. This menu is an example only and we can offer many variations.
SOUTH AMERICAN CARNIVAL ROAST
A Mardi Gras Colourful Stall with Chefs Cooking Whole Joints of Meat and then
carving them on wooden blocks into a variety of speciality bread rolls.
