Cocoon Cuisine

Japanese, Chinese and Thai cooking techniques and spices are the foundations of Cocoon's luxurious, modern Pan-Asian menu. Each dish is delicate and perfectly executed, allowing flavours and textures to work together and enhance each other. Marrying luxury ingredients such as wagyu beef, oysters, uni, foie gras with typical Asian seasonings – lime, palm sugar, galangal, yuzu, chilli, soy. The food at Cocoon is encouraged to be eaten family style with the food placed at the centre of the table for everyone to share.

Cocoon Bar

In the middle of the restaurant is a stunning oval internally lit bar made from resin and shattered glass. Adjacent to this is a lounge bar with banquet seating and low lighting. As well as a classic cocktail list, an array of cocktails have been created for the Cocoon bar which compliment the Asian inspired dishes served in the restaurant. The award winning ‘Miyabi Cocoon’ cocktail is made from Spiced Rum and Xante shaken with fresh apple juice and pear pulp served in a tall glass over ice, while ‘Nobara’ consists of ice cold Sake shaken with rose water and lemon zest, strained into a chilled martini glass and decorated with rose petals. The bar also boasts an impressive Sake collection and Shochu list, a distilled spirit made traditionally from rice, soba, wheat or sweet potato.

Late Lounge at Cocoon

A metamorphosis from award-winning restaurant to after-hours DJ Lounge Bar takes place Thursdays to Saturdays until 3am. Complimenting the chic décor, cocktails and Asian-influenced cuisine, Late Lounge at Cocoon offers guest’s equally fresh and comforting sounds with a programme of music that will satisfy even the most refined musical palate.
