Established in 1878, Kempton Park is London’s premier racecourse, just 16 miles from the city of London and steeped in history. Kempton Park is one of the busiest racecourses in Europe hosting quality horse racing all year round –Jump racing from October to April, and afternoon and evening Flat racing on the all-weather track throughout the year. The highlight of Kempton Park’s racing calendar is the Grade 1 King George VI Chase held every Boxing Day as part of the William Hill Winter Festival.

With meeting facilities for up to 700 delegates, we can easily accommodate meetings, conferences, exhibitions and teambuilding events on most racedays with the unique option for your delegates to stay on to enjoy an afternoon or evening of quality racing hospitality in one of our variety of hospitality suites.

Alternatively we can simply organise tickets for your delegates to gain general admission to the racing and they can soak up the atmosphere of the races amongst other racegoers. Our team are happy to tailor-make any package to suit your needs.

Racing with Meeting Packages

Hold your meeting, conference or other business event at Kempton Park followed by:

Level one

Race admission for each delegate.

Level two

A table(s) in the Panoramic Bar & Restaurant serving delicious two, three or four course meals. The Panoramic Restaurant holds up to 400 people and is also available for private hire on racedays and non racedays - the perfect dining option to compliment a large conference.

Level three

A Private Box with hospitality for up to 40 people.

Level four

A Private Suite with hospitality for up to 200 people.
